Direct Access Partners, LLC’s (DAP) Capital Raising team combines significant Wall Street knowledge with deep relationships in the investor community. The team has a proven track record, having raised $2 Billion in capital from global institutional investors for our clients.   The goal of the Capital Raising Group is to closely align with fund managers to assist them in achieving their assets under management goal.  This experienced team becomes proficient in the investment strategies of DAP’s fund clients in order to successfully navigate the manager through the steps required to secure allocations. 

The Capital Raising Group crafts global campaigns to introduce the manager to a wide range of pre-qualified investors who have investment needs that align with the manager’s skills.  Comprised of experienced Wall Street professionals, the team develops an intimate understanding of client’s investment strategies to educate investors ahead of the important initial meeting. Through the scope of each individual on the team’s relationships we match interested pre-qualified investors from US, Europe, Middle East, and South America with DAP’s fund clients.

As part of the process the team provides managers with the feedback they need to refine their message.  Frequent contact with institutional investors ensures client’s messages are heard above all others. After the initial allocation, the team maintains the investor relationship, monitors their portfolio, and advises on appropriate marketing follow-up to encourage further growth of their position.
