Gilbert Vazquez
Director of Domestic Operations
Gil has been the Director of Operations for Direct Access Partners since the firm’s inception in 2002. In his role Gil has worked to build an Operations group singularly focused on the needs of their clients.
Gil began his Wall Street career with First Boston Corp, where he had the opportunity to work in several departments which provided him with a broad overview of the securities industry as a whole. In 1990, Gil left the business to serve as a U.S. Marine Reservist for three years and then returned to Wall Street as a supervisor in the new accounts department at Mabon Securities Corp. He went on to work at Rodman & Renshaw Inc where he became the Operations Supervisor. In 1998, he joined Brean Murray & Co as the Manager of Operations, where he met the future founders of Direct Access Partners.
