These arrangements can pay for research while upholding best execution standards. Our CSA/CCA program runs on the same software as our soft dollar program to provide clients the timeliness, flexibility and transparency that is the hallmark of our services.
Compliance Support
Our FINRA Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) can assist with compliance issues and keep you informed of any regulatory changes.
For hedge fund clients not relying on the safe harbor provided by Section 28(e), Direct Access Partners will make payments for products and services based upon commission credits generated following review and approval.
Vendor Management
Our experienced staff can minimize the level of administrative work involved when initiating a Soft Dollar or CSA/CCA program. Our extensive involvement with a variety of research and data ensures a smooth, uninterrupted transfer of billing records, contract addendums and prompt payment facilitation. We only engage the client when necessary for contract signatures or confirmation of conversion requests. All vendor contracts are stored on-line for easy retrieval. We notify our clients of pending contract renewals with ample time to review the service, terms and cost.
